Akala niya okay pa yung crowns niya… pero may problem na pala na hindi niya napapansin 👀
May patient kami na dumating sa clinic—ang goal niya, simple lang: i-improve yung smile niya.
Pero upon checking, napansin namin na yung existing crowns niya, around 10 years na… at may signs na kailangan na silang palitan.
Sa lower teeth niya, yung porcelain fused to metal, medyo “floating” na sa gums—meaning hindi na siya properly fitted, which can affect both function and oral health.
For the upper front teeth, since ito yung pinaka-visible area, we upgraded to zirconia crowns—mas natural ang itsura, mas aesthetic, at mas seamless sa smile.
Yung ibang teeth naman, we used porcelain fused to metal—proven na matibay at reliable, especially for chewing function.
Tinanggal namin yung old crowns, inayos ang fit, at pinalitan ng bagong restorations—customized specifically for him.
And now… this is his new smile 😁✨
👉 Hindi porket may crown ka na, okay na forever—regular check-ups are still key 🔑🦷
