We perform an examination and in some cases treatment
• Longer follow-up appointments are scheduled according to your treatment plan after initial consultation
• We work strictly by appointments
• We allow time for emergency patients as well, permitted it's a true emergency – (15 minutes appointment)
• Please come 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to fill

in forms and to contact your medical aid for benefits


Private patients

• Private patients don't have to bring any documentation.
• There is no admin fee for private patients.
• Private patients have to pay their full treatment cost before leaving the practice.
• No down-payments are allowed. Medical aid patients

• Please bring your medical aid card and an ID book or drivers licence.
• Failure to prove your medical aid membership will qualify you as a private patient and full payment of treatment on that day before leaving the practice.
• Admin fee--Medical aid patients have to pay an admin fee of R50.00 per member with every full consultation appointment (Code 8101) or a R30.00 per member for a specific consultation (Code 8104). Alternatively you can pay your treatment straight away and claim it back from your medical aid without having to pay the admin fee.
• Medical aid patients have to settle the full amount of treatment not covered by their medical aid on that day, before leaving the practice.
• Advanced treatment plans exceeding medical aid benefits will have to be paid up in advance before treatment starts. Late-Comers

• If you are too late to complete your dental procedure in your appointed time-slot your appointment will be forfeited. Latecomers causes a time delay for the rest of the day.
• We work strictly by appointment and treat all our patients with mutual respect and time
• Please be on time so that we can complete your treatment in the time set aside for your consultation
• This will allow us to be on time for the next patient


Cancellations

• Cancellations have to be made 24 hrs in advance
• No-shows and cancellations not made within the 24 hrs will be charged at R615.00
