Just good advise for all you out there. The latest research shows that there is an association between the health of your mouth and the rest of your body.Periodontal disease or commonly known as gum disease is a risk for development of conditions like heart and blood circulatory system disease, diabetes, difficulties in pregnancy and low birth weight of babies, osteoporosis, lung disease and digestive system diseases. Please visit your dentist at least once a year for a scale and polish of your teeth. If you experience any bleeding with brushing your teeth than I recommend seeing your dentist every 6 months.

Another case where the patient's front teeth were restore with computer generated ceramic crowns. The teeth were discolored because of the large resin fillings and they were overlapping each other. The result a happy patient with straight teeth and the color matches that of her tooth on the left.

This is a patient whose main complaint was that he could not chew his food properly anymore. The upper teeth were done with porcelain veneer crowns 8 years ago to restore the smile.To restore the function and appearance of the lower teeth, we used the latest technology, namely computer generated porcelain restorations. The second slide shows the temporary PMMA which were placed first to give the patient time to get use to the new vertical dimension which he wore for 10 days. The final slide shows the final restorations and the end result was very satisfactory for both the clinician and patient.
