🌿 National Fresh Breath Day | 6 August 🌿

Fresh breath is more than just confidence – it's a sign of a healthy mouth! 😁

Did you know that persistent, bad breath (halitosis) is often caused by bad bacteria in the mouth and can sometimes be a sign of an underlying dental or health issue?

Here are a few simple tips to keep your breath fresh:
🪥 Brush your teeth twice a day.
👅 Don't forget to gently clean your tongue.
🦷 Floss daily to remove food and plaque between teeth.
💧 Stay hydrated throughout the day.
🪥 Visit your dentist regularly for professional cleanings and check-ups.
If bad breath persists despite good oral hygiene, don't ignore it. Our team can help identify the cause and recommend the right treatment.

💙 Love Smiling. Love Fresh Breath.
