NOTICE FROM THE HPCSA
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR DENTAL ASSISTING EXAMINATION

Please note that applications for the last examination of this year will be on 24 November 2026. Please take note of the following procedure to be followed.

1. Application must be submitted via online Portal https://hpcsaonline.custhelp.com/

2. Payment of the examination fees will only be done when your application has been approved. (No more prepayment, we will invoice you to pay once we have approved your application.

3. Applications submitted via email will not be attended to.

The closing date for submission of applications is 20 October 2026.
The examination venue is the HPCSA offices in Pretoria. There is no other venue.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO APPLY FOR THE EXAMINATION

Visit https://hpcsaonline.custhelp.com/ and click on online services
Create an account or log in if you already have an existing account.
Select online services
Click exam registration
Click apply for new exam
Read the information on professional board examinations then click next to continue
Under exam details , click Registration- Exam Application
Click next to complete the required fields and select the relevant exam
Click submit and finish.
