In 2025, he joined a dedicated endodontic practice alongside Dr. Boela van der Merwe, later acquiring the practice in January 2026. At initial visit, tooth 26 was deemed non-restorable following fracture and indicated for extraction.
Tooth 46 presented with signs of pulpal necrosis — ERCT initiated.

RCT completed at second visit.

Working lengths:
DB – 19 mm
DL – 19 mm (25/.06)

MB – 18 mm
ML – 18 mm (25/.04)

Waterlase and diode laser were utilised to enhance disinfection.
Obturation completed using bioceramic materials for optimal sealing.

The tooth has been referred back to the treating practitioner for full cuspal coverage with a crown.

Initial visit included scouting and negotiation of the canal, followed by shaping to working length and placement of calcium hydroxide.
At the second visit, after resolution of the symptoms, the canal was obturated to achieve a three-dimensional seal.
Working length:
21 – 20.5 mm
Prepared to 30/.06.
The tooth has been referred back to the treating practitioner for definitive coronal restoration.
