Yes, dentists have sweets too… we just choose the ones that disappear quickly from the mouth. 🍫🍦☁️

Better choices:
• Chocolate
• Ice cream
• Marshmallows

Less ideal:
• Lollipops
• Sticky sweets
• Hard candy that sits on the teeth for ages

Our rule? Enjoy the treat, then rinse with water afterwards 💦 and brush well before bed.
