Today we are firing up the JINGUANG Dental Vacuum Forming Machine, a staple in our lab workflow. This heavy-duty thermoforming unit uses high-powered symmetrical heating and heavy-duty downward suction to pull heated thermoplastic sheets perfectly over 3D dental models.

The Process breakdown:
1️⃣ Model Prep: The patient's exact dental arch cast is prepared and set onto the bed.
2️⃣ Thermoforming: A clear plastic sheet is clamped, heated up until pliable, and vacuum-sealed directly over the model for an airtight mold.
3️⃣ Light Curing & Detailing: We utilize specialized dental UV-light curing wands alongside block-out resins to customize attachments, build space for whitening gels, or reinforce the appliance before final trimming.
