Full Temporary arch on 6 implants. Angle abutments was specific selected to fit the type of restoration with an angle up to 30'. 3 Shape designed, milled with a Wieland Select, multi-layer PMMA, glazed, send. Precision and creativity leads to a more aesthetic temporary restoration.

Zirconium Layered with e.max ceram. Although it is a transparent and very thin material (0.4mm). We are able to mask the severe discoloration with a smart technique. Tooth 26 is still a work in progress due to a root canal. Preparation of a good tooth structure is the first priority. Knowing the limits and some years of experience with good quality material, the impossible becomes possible.

This was a very challenging case because of the gum level and the layering space. The patient had periodontal treatment for one year. The color was based only on photos and a brief description from the dentist without seeing the patient. The total useable space that we had for this restoration was 1 mm. The layering was done in 0.6 mm space with emax ceram over Zirconium substrate.
Success depends on perfect planning and knowing your limits on the material that you use.
