On 1 May 2026, we switched over to our new solar system installed by Hager Energy and Automation — and five months later, we couldn’t be happier with the results!

🔋 14,300+ kWh generated in just 5 months
💰 ±R60,000 saved on our prepaid electricity
⛽️ Plus an estimated R4,000 per month saved on diesel that we previously used to run our generator during Tshwane power interruptions.

And the best part? Not a single power outage since 1 May! 🙌

Our system was financed through a Rent-to-Own option, making it possible for us to install a large-capacity system without the upfront financial burden. It also means that, as a business, we can claim the VAT on our monthly installments.

The installation and workmanship from Hager Energy and Automation have been exceptional. They remotely adjusted a few settings twice at the beginning to get everything running perfectly — and since then, the system has simply done its job.

☀️ 14,300+ kWh generated
💰 ±R60,000 saved on electricity
⛽️ ±R20,000 saved on diesel
⚡️ Zero outages

It has been so reliable and seamless that we are actually considering selling our generator because we simply aren’t needing it anymore! 😄

As a dental practice, reliable electricity is essential. Being able to operate without worrying about power interruptions or constantly running a generator has made a huge difference to our practice and our peace of mind.

We can genuinely and confidently recommend Hager Energy and Automation to any business or homeowner considering making the switch to solar.

☀️ Generate. Save. Take control of your electricity.

🎉 MAMA IS BACK! 🎉

After some very special time at home with her own little one, Dr Andrea Hager is officially returning from maternity leave! 👶🏼💙

Our Head Paediatric Dentist will be back at Dentree Dental Studio from 5 October, ready to get back to doing what she loves most — caring for our little patients and their growing smiles! 🦖🦷✨

A special THANK YOU to Dr Melanie for taking such wonderful care of our little smiles while Dr Andrea was away. 💕 We are so grateful for all the love and care she has given our young patients!

🌸 Dr Melanie will still be part of the Dentree team, and she will be available for appointments during the September school holidays. From October, Dr Andrea will once again be taking care of our paediatric patients. 💙

And just like that… Mama is back! 🥰

📅 Dr Andrea’s diary is open from 5 October, so if your little one is due for a check-up, cleaning or dental visit, be sure to book before the end of the year!

We can’t wait to see all those familiar little faces again! 🥹💙
