In the before image, the smile was affected by multiple factors:
excessive interproximal staining, uneven and misshapen tooth contours, shortened front teeth, and visible asymmetry between the central and lateral incisors. Together, these issues disrupted the smile line and reduced natural tooth display, giving the smile a flatter, less balanced appearance.

In the after image, 10 E.max veneers were used to correct tooth shape, restore ideal length, and eliminate interproximal discoloration 🦷✨
The result is improved symmetry, a smoother and more harmonious smile arc, and brighter teeth with natural translucency. Enhanced proportions now better support the lips and lower third of the face — all while preserving a soft, realistic aesthetic.

✨ Composite Bonding Smile Makeover ✨

This patient wanted a brighter, more even smile.
But he had a limited budget and an existing implant on the 12 that couldn’t be altered due to financial constraints .

We understood from the outset that we weren’t aiming for perfection - we were aiming for “improved”

We performed 5× composite bondings on the upper front teeth to refine shape, proportion, and symmetry. This procedure is significantly cheaper than porcelain veneers or crowns .

Because the patient had a pre-existing implant on the upper right lateral incisor (12), we had to respect its existing shade, shape, and height, which naturally limited how light we could go overall. That implant served as the aesthetic reference point for the entire design. That is the reason why one tooth appears shorter and more slender than the rest .
