This is a case in which the patient came in unhappy with the gaps between the lower front teeth .To complicate things she was also having a deep bite.She did not want any orthodontics and the space for implants was minimal.So we opted from a 4 unit bridge / 4 larger anterior crowns milled together .The patient was happy with the result and her new smile 😊

🦷Some patients are not happy to have surgery to remove broken teeth and place an implant. So then we have to do advanced restorative and prosthetic dentistry to replace the lost tooth structure . In this case we did some crown lengthening, placed a binary core (2 posts) and rebuilt the lost tooth structure. A crown was placed thereafter a period of healing 🦷.

This young patient came in needing an economical solution to a tooth she lost in an accident.She would like a bridge in the long term as she is afraid of surgery for an implant .To keep the space open i.e prevent teeth from drifting into the missing tooth space and to improve aesthetics we did a 1 tooth partial denture. This way we’ve improved her confidence and smile till she can afford her ideal treatment.
