Drs J&E Sylvester Dentists requires the services of a Dental Administrator/ Receptionist for our Practice in Halt road, Elsies river.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent written, reading and communication skills.
At least 1-2 years of Dental administrator/ receptionist experience.
Good computer literacy skills, and experience working with a Dental software program ie. Exact dental software or similar.
Must have experience with Medical aid submissions and reconciliations and be familiar with dental description codes.
Good organisation and administration skill.
Answering office calls and distributing calls and messages accordingly.
Communicate patients arrival promptly.
Manage bookings/appointments of patients.
Maintaining office records and document patient treatment and transactions.
Ensure office space is kept clean and neat at all times.
