One time after driving me to yet another job interview… she drove me to a beach, pulled out a cake and watched me as I punched the cake.
She understood I needed it.
She made it happen.

As the “Octobers” set in I find myself pushing just a little more. Everything feels a little tougher, the weeks leave me crawling into my bed from the bottom upwards.

I stay positive, I remain grateful, I still say yes even though it may seem impossible.

This case was planned in January 2020 just after I got back from DSD RESIDENCY 2 in Sao Paolo.
Covid. Travel restrictions. And now with an ease of restrictions it meant that we were finally able to execute a plan.

Cleaning. Whitening. Gingivectomy. 8 upper ceramics to replace old bondings.

Everything is possible with a good plan, a lot of trust and all the passion you can muster up.

I hope you know that you always have someone when you need to talk. Someone who can just sit with you.
Someone who is there.
This life will sometimes kick you in your stomach, only to uppercut you in your face when you bend over.
But you are strong.
And when you can’t be… I will be strong for you.

Here’s the thing about treating kids. You have to channel your inner kid, which I have to admit is pretty easy for me.

Have fun.
Make jokes.
Get them to understand, feel safe, ask questions.

It’s time to create a generation that doesn’t hate going to the dentist. So that we no longer see adults with bad dentistry, poor oral health and low dental IQ’s.

It’s oral health month this month. Thank you parents for your trust ❤️🙏🏼🌸
