24 Hours. 1 smile. 1 mission.

“Please help, Doc…” 🥺🦷

Those were the words that started this little dental emergency.

Our patient was visiting South Africa and had just 2 days before travelling back home to Ireland 🇮🇪.

We knew we had to make it happen for him and we had 24 hours. ⏰

So we got to work. No unnecessary delays, no giving up because of the time constraint. Just a plan, a little creativity, an awesome team at our laboratory, working around the clock, and a whole lot of care. ❤️

24 hours later… the smile was sorted. 🥹✨

Sometimes dentistry isn’t just about fixing a tooth.

Sometimes it’s about giving someone their confidence back before they board a plane. ✈️❤️

From “Please help, Doc” to “I can smile again.” 🦷✨

And that’s exactly why we love what we do. ❤️

Controversial things I do as a dentist and mum 👇

🦷 My kids eat sugar.🦷They sometimes miss flossing.🦷 They have treats at birthday parties.🦷 I don’t panic over every snack.🦷 I focus on consistency, not perfection.

As a dentist, I know oral health matters.

As a mum, I know real life exists.

My goal isn’t to raise children who are scared of sweets or obsessed with perfect habits. My goal is to teach balance, healthy routines, and how to look after their teeth for life.

The truth is that good oral health isn’t about being perfect. It’s about what you do most of the time.

Hi, I’m Dr. Nazrana Vally,a dentist who’s just as passionate about motherhood, wellness, and simple living as I am about smiles. 🌿✨

✨ It’s been a while, so here’s a little re-intro for those who are new here (and a refresher for those who’ve been with me on this journey). ✨

Daughter,Wife,Mother,Dentist.

I have two very important full-time jobs-being a dentist and being a mum to 3 wonderful children. 🦷💖👩‍👧‍👦

While dentistry is my passion and I absolutely love creating new smiles, I also have a heart for health, holistic living,fitness, and the dream of a slower, simpler life -think farm days, homeschooling, and raising my little ones close to nature. 🌿☀️

When I’m not in the dental room, you’ll often find me barefoot with my kids, exploring the outdoors, having picnics in the backyard,chasing sunsets, and soaking in the little moments. I believe children thrive best when they grow up wild and free, grounded and brave. 🌸👣✨

This space is a blend of dentistry, and my journey of finding balance as both a practice owner and a mama who believes in conscious, intentional living. It’s not always perfect, but it’s joyful, messy, and absolutely worth it. 💫
