Dear Valued Patient,

We are writing to you today with both a sincere apology and some very happy news.

As you may have noticed, Big Red Tooth Dental Practice has been closed for the past two weeks. Unfortunately, over a recent long weekend, our practice was the victim of a robbery. We were devastated to find that all of our essential dental equipment aswell as all technology had been stolen, leaving us unable to provide the care you deserve.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any disruption this may have caused to your dental health schedule. We know how important your appointments are, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience and understanding during this incredibly challenging time.
