Before, during and after treatment of our patient who presented with significant loss of natural tooth substrate causing tooth sensitivity and loss of esthetics on his maxillary anterior teeth.

Treatment consisted of indirect extracoronal restorations @ (R1000 each), where a luting cement was used to line undercuts and chair side veneers as a finish for a confident healthy 😀

Patient presented with multiple fractures circled in red, which were reduced and fixated using plates and riverts in theatre.
Two front teeth on the upper jaw were permanently replaced with a four unit dental bridge.

Treatment consisted of chair side veneers(full face restorations) at R700 per tooth, removal and permanent replacement of the two bottom teeth with a special bridge at R3700 for both.
