Saturday came in two halves, and not the kind we're used to 😂

First, the Springbok Women wrote a new chapter in Soweto: the first-ever Test on home soil against the Black Ferns.

Final score: 52-20, but a spirited, try-scoring effort that deserves a lot more credit than that number gives it. Proud doesn't quite cover it 🇿🇦

Then the men stepped up and gave the day exactly the response it needed: 29-24, series now at 2-1, and we're one result away from something special in Baltimore 🏉

One team broke our hearts a little. The other patched it straight back up. Same stadium, same day, entirely too much emotion for one couch 😮‍💨

Every groan. Every cheer. Every close call. The Bru Cup's been there for all of it 💚🖤

History gets made at FNB today, and we get to watch it happen 🤩

For the first time ever, the Springbok Women take on the Black Ferns on South African soil. A fixture the game here has been building toward for years, and one that finally gets the stage it deserves ✨

These two sides have crossed paths only twice before, both at World Cups, with New Zealand winning the most recent meeting 46-17.

There's history to answer for, and a home crowd behind them to do it in front of.

Whatever the result this afternoon, we're right behind every one of them. Go Bok Women 🇿🇦 🙌🏼

Cheslin Kolbe didn't miss all afternoon! With four penalties, 18 points, and winning set up for everything else to happen around him.

Add Kolisi crashing over right on the stroke of half-time, and this one had storylines nobody had written yet a week ago.

We said win or lose, the Bru Cup stays in hand. Turns out it's even better when you're holding it up to a score like this 💚🖤
