I have been getting this question a lot:
“what causes bad breath and how to get rid of it?”

Bad breath is caused by a lot of things for example medication,smoking but it’s mostly caused by Poor Oral hygiene that leads to Gingivitis - swollen,bleeding gums.

How to get rid of it?
1. Brush 2x daily, Floss regularly nd make use of the mouthwash
2. Dental Visits - Cleaning every 6 months

NB :Rotten teeth also contribute to bad breath so those Dental visits are very important so that we either extract/Fill them.
