Sjoe! This was a tough one from yesterday.

I'll post the clinical challenges synopsis slide to my story; but multiple factors: from limited mouth opening to a densely muscular floor of mouth.

We tried 3 different clamp selections: W2A; 27; then, finally, "No. 1" held it all together. (For my sake, too 🥲)

How do you approach circumferential deep margins?

I need to address these in stages. I could not fit a Hallerclamp as you will see the limited buccal space in my story. Also, the next available tooth is the 43.

Thank you, , for your excellent assistance.

Almost couldn't get my photographic mirror in for these; but then I thought, "If a tree falls in the forest..." 🍃

Clamp selection is important here...ligatures.

A big hug and huge thanks to for helping me so much with this case! Grateful to for showing me to be critical of a trial fit control 🧐😄

And, for demonstrating how the limits can be pushed with adhesive dentistry and how minimal preparation ceramics can endure even in the presence of some parafunction with great care and attention to bonding 🫶🏼 (Occlusal guard, of course.)

47 and 46 implants - no clamp will do. Felt very troublesome at the time! 🫣

A large lasso ligature around both implants is a first attempt. Then, sectional matrix ring ...relief washes over me in an awesome wave.
