What an incredible journey across South Africa with the Lynne Bluff Baby Shows! 🤍
Dr Farah Seedat from Kromboom Dental Centre recently had the privilege of presenting at four Childbirth Educators Professional Forum (CBEPF) events hosted by Lynne Bluff’s Baby Talk, connecting with passionate perinatal professionals in Cape Town, PE, Durban and Johannesburg.
Teaching and professional education are passions of Dr Seedat, and across the series, Dr Seedat shared insights on the developmental impact of non-nutritive sucking — exploring how early oral habits influence facial growth, airway development, breathing, swallowing patterns, and long-term health. The sessions also highlighted why dummy design and early guidance matter more than many realise, and how small everyday decisions in infancy can shape lifelong outcomes.
This opportunity was made possible through the generous support of ✨ It is truly a privilege — and a little surreal — to collaborate with a brand that is so closely aligned with evidence-based care and early childhood development.
The events were led by the incredible Lynne Bluff, founder of Baby Talk and a trusted leader in antenatal education who has supported South African families and healthcare professionals for over two decades.
We’re grateful to have connected with so many dedicated midwives, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, and healthcare providers — because when we empower those who guide parents, we help shape healthier futures from the very beginning.
Moments like these reflect what Kromboom Dental Centre stands for: passionate clinicians, meaningful education, and a genuine commitment to community wellbeing.
