Ons, hier by Innovative Dentistry wil elke pasiënt terug verwelkom en vertrou dat u gesond is en goed uitgerus is. Om 2021 'n wonderlike, voorspoedige en veilige jaar te maak, het ons nuwe maatreels geïmplementeer met onmiddellike effek om besoeke moeiteloos te hou en ons pasiënte en personeel veilig te hou.

• Om orto-afsprake te verseker, moet betalings via EFT gedoen word voordat die afsprake bevestig word. Oggendbesoeke - betaling en POP stuur voor 17:00 die vorige middag en middagbesoeke betaling en POP teen 12 uur die dag van. Slegs betaalde rekeninge sal voorkeur geniet.
• Indien u per kaart wil betaal, kom asseblief voor die afspraak en laat die pasiënt toe om namens u te betaal om beperkte kontak te verseker.
• Slegs PASIËNT in spreek kamer, ons vra dat alle ouers, voogde of familie / vriende buite of in die voertuig bly.
• Masker te alle tye gedra wanneer u die gebou binnegaan en verlaat en die neus en mond bedek. U mag dit verwyder sodra u in die tandarts stoel sit.
• Ons raai aan om besprekings per e-pos, telefoon of van ons whats app-lyn gebruik te maak om kruisbesmetting te vermy en voetverkeer in die kantoor te beperk.

We, here at Innovative Dentistry would like to welcome each patient back and trust you are in good health and well rested. To make 2021 a great, prosperous and safe year we have implemented new protocols with immediate effect to keep visits effortless and keep both our patients and staff safe.
• To secure ortho appointments, payments to be made via EFT before appointments are confirmed. Morning visits - payment and POP send before 5pm the previous day and afternoon visits payment and POP by 12am the day of. Only paid accounts will receive preference.
• Should you wish to pay by card, please arrive before appointment time and allow patient to make payment on your behalf to insure limited contact.
• Only PATIENT to enter building, we ask that all parent, guardian or siblings/friends remain outside or in the vehicle.
• Mask to be worn at all times when entering and exiting the building, covering the nose and mouth. You may remove once seated in the dental chair.
• We encourage bookings via email, phone or our whats app line to avoid any cross contamination and limit foot traffic in the office.
