This oral health month we would like to share 5 tips on how to keep your smile healthy:

1. Brush your teeth (but not too hard) twice daily with a toothpaste that contains fluoride

2. Don't forget to floss in between the teeth

3. Make use of an antibacterial mouthwash

4. Avoid sugary and acidic food and drinks

5. Visit the dentist for bi-annual cleanings and check-ups
