🎀💗 It's the first day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

October is a reminder to put your health first. At Odyssey Medical Centre in Ballito, we want to encourage everyone to become more aware of breast health and the importance of recognising changes early.

🌸 Know the signs:
A new lump or thickening
Changes in breast size or shape
Skin dimpling, puckering or redness
Ni**le changes or unusual discharge
Persistent pain or other unusual changes

Not every breast change is cancer, but it's important to have new or persistent changes assessed by a healthcare professional.

Even if you have had a normal mammogram, don't ignore new symptoms.

💕 This October, make your health a priority. Encourage the women you love to do the same, share this post and help us spread awareness.

To kick of the start of African Vaccination week here is a post all about vaccinations

African Vaccination week is all about informing people about why they should get vaccinated and all the benefits there are to it. 🦠
