Little teeth need the right amount of fluoride too! 🪥🦷

From 0–18 months, toothpaste isn’t needed. From 18 months to 6 years, use a children’s toothpaste with 500ppm fluoride and apply just a smear to the toothbrush.

Remember: spit, don’t rinse! 💙

Fluoride is an important part of keeping teeth strong and protecting against tooth decay! 💙

🪥 Choose a toothpaste with fluoride
✨ Most toothpastes contain around 1000–1450ppm fluoride
🦷 A pea-sized amount is recommended
💙 If you’re at higher risk of tooth decay, your dentist may recommend a higher-fluoride toothpaste.

Remember — a little toothpaste goes a long way! 😊
