‼️ Yêu cầu tất cả các cơ sở Nha Khoa Việt Úc thực hiện theo đúng quy định sau :
✅ Luôn chuẩn bị sẵn sàng dung dịch sát khuẩn tay nhanh, xà phòng sát khuẩn ở khu vực vệ sinh cá nhân ( lavabo rửa tay) để mỗi bệnh nhân đều có thể sử dụng được.
✅ Tất cả nhân viên phòng khám luôn phải đeo khẩu trang khi làm việc. Luôn chuẩn bị sẵn khẩu trang y tế đúng chuẩn sử dụng 1 lần phát miễn phí cho bệnh nhân và người nhà bệnh nhân đến khám.
👉 Nếu hết khẩu trang hoặc các vật tư sát khuẩn thì tạm dừng hoạt động cơ sở đó cho đến khi nhập được đầy đủ vật tư trên
‼️ Yêu cầu tuân thủ thực hiện đúng, đủ công tác đảm bảo phòng chống lây nhiễm thường quy và tăng cường tại thời điểm có dịch viêm phổi cấp do Virus nCoV cụ thể như sau:
✅ Khu vực lễ tân tiếp đón bệnh nhân: Mỗi bệnh nhân đến khám đều được khuyến cáo sát khuẩn tay và được cấp phát một khẩu trang miễn phí ( Nv lễ tân có trách nhiệm giúp xịt sát khuẩn tay cho bệnh nhân và hướng dẫn bệnh nhân đeo khẩu trang đúng cách trong khi ngồi chờ đến lượt khám)
✅ Tại Phòng chụp phim, Phòng khám và điều tri: Tất cả bệnh nhân đều được hướng dẫn sát khuẩn khoang miệng bằng ngậm dung dịch sát khuẩn chlohexidine 0.12% trong 30 giây trước khi tiến hành khám, chụp phim và điều trị.
✅ Các bác sĩ và phụ tá khi điều trị đều phải đội mũ, đeo khẩu trang và đeo kính che mặt toàn bộ (dental face shield) đúng cách
✅ Ngay sau mỗi bệnh nhân khám và điều trị đều phải sát khuẩn lại bề mặt tiếp xúc thiết bị cố định (bề mặt ghế nha, bồn nhổ, tay nắm đèn, các vị trí bề mặt cầm nắm của bác sĩ và bệnh nhân trong khu vực khám và điều trị. Các dụng cụ điều trị đều phải ngâm, rửa, đóng gói tiệt trùng như thường quy.
✅ Lưu ý: Khi đã đi găng tiếp xúc với bệnh nhân tuyệt đối không được chạm các vật dụng, bề mặt không thể tiệt trùng hay sát khuẩn.

Eating and Drinking to Protect Your Braces

🌀 Avoid hard foods for the most part: Hard foods, including hard candies, pretzels, and even foods like raw carrots and apples, can be a problem with braces.
📍Other hard foods to avoid include chips, taco shells, and even popcorn. Nuts, ice, and beef jerky can also be a problem.
📍Also, don't chew on non-food items like nails, pencils, and pens.
📍To eat apples, carrots, and other healthy hard foods, cut them into small pieces before eating.

🌀 Skip chewy and/or sticky foods.
📍Foods like gummy bears, peanut butter, caramel, and dried fruit can all cause issues for braces. They are likely to get stuck in the braces, and you might break the braces trying to get the food out.

🌀 Minimize sugary foods. Foods and drinks such as cake, candy, ice cream, pie, and soda don't do your teeth any favors
📍Eating sugary foods is especially a problem when you're wearing braces because plaque can build up in more places than normal, such as around the brackets.

📍Plaque is a sticky, colorless film of bacteria that constantly forms on our teeth and along the gum line.
📍Plaque contains bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease.
📍As plaque forms and is not removed by proper brushing and flossing, it can harden into tartar - sometimes called calculus - which is calcified (or hardened) plaque that attaches to the enamel on your teeth, as well as below the gum line.

🌀 Cause
📍Bacteria in our mouths thrive on many of these foods — namely sugars and carbohydrates — and produce acids that can attack the tooth surface.
📍Additionally, if proper flossing and tooth brushing are not conducted efficiently each day this leads to more plaque and tartar development.
📍If not removed through daily brushing and flossing, plaque can build up, and the associated bacteria can infect not only your gums and teeth, but also the gum tissue and bone that support the teeth.

🌀 Prevention
📍Brush thoroughly at least twice a day for 2 minutes to thoroughly remove plaque from all surfaces of your teeth.
