Deborah travelled from New Zealand for full arch All-on-4 implant treatment with us in Hanoi. Four implants, one fixed arch of teeth.

She laughed with her hand over her mouth the whole first appointment.

She had been doing it so long she did not notice anymore.

She is in her sixties. She asked us, quite seriously, whether she had left it too late.

She came to our Old Quarter clinic in Hanoi for a full treatment plan. Routine work, root canal treatment, crowns and veneers, and four bridges. That is a lot to take on in one trip, and a long way from home to do it.

Here is what she told us afterwards.

Nobody asks to see the sterilisation room. It is the most important room we have.
Every instrument is scrubbed, ultrasonic cleaned, sealed in a pouch, then driven through a full vacuum cycle. Steam into every hollow and every hinge. A handpiece has channels inside it. Wiping the outside does nothing. Vacuum steam does.
Every load is logged. The pouch stays sealed until you sit down. We break it in front of you.
