🔥 [VIDEC 2026] HƯỚNG DẪN CHECK-IN & NHỮNG LƯU Ý QUAN TRỌNG TRƯỚC NGÀY HỘI NGHỊ
Kính gửi Quý Đại biểu,
Để hành trình tham dự VIDEC 2026 tại Dinh Độc Lập diễn ra thuận tiện và trọn vẹn, Ban Tổ chức trân trọng gửi đến Quý Đại biểu những thông tin cần thiết về thư mời, lộ trình di chuyển, check-in và nhận thẻ Hội nghị.
Quý Đại biểu vui lòng lưu lại bài viết để thuận tiện tra cứu trước khi đến Hội nghị.
1️⃣ | CHUẨN BỊ THƯ MỜI ĐIỆN TỬ / MÃ QR
Sau khi hoàn tất thanh toán, Quý Đại biểu vui lòng kiểm tra email xác nhận từ Ban Tổ chức.
Tìm kiếm từ khóa “VIDEC 2026” trên Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo Mail → mở email có chứa thư mời điện tử/mã QR → lưu về thiết bị hoặc in bản giấy.
* Lưu ý: Dinh Độc Lập là địa điểm có thu phí tham quan. Quý Đại biểu vui lòng xuất trình thư mời điện tử/mã QR hợp lệ tại cổng chính để được xác nhận.
2️⃣ | DI CHUYỂN ĐẾN DINH ĐỘC LẬP
📍 Cổng chính: 135 Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa, P. Bến Thành, TP. Hồ Chí Minh
- Xe máy: Gửi xe tại cổng phụ, cách cổng chính khoảng 10m (có thu phí), sau đó di chuyển đến cổng chính để xác nhận thư mời/mã QR.
- Xe công nghệ: Đón/trả khách tại cổng chính và thực hiện xác nhận thư mời/mã QR tại đây.
- Ô tô cá nhân: Di chuyển vào cổng chính, đậu xe theo hướng dẫn của nhân viên bảo vệ (có thu phí), sau đó di chuyển vào khu vực Nội Dinh để check-in.
Từ cổng chính vào Nội Dinh
Sau khi hoàn tất xác nhận, Quý Đại biểu di chuyển vào Nội Dinh để quét mã QR và nhận thẻ đeo Hội nghị.
🚐 Xe điện do Ban Tổ chức bố trí sẽ phục vụ trong suốt thời gian Hội nghị, hỗ trợ Quý Đại biểu di chuyển giữa cổng chính và khu vực Nội Dinh.
3️⃣| CHECK-IN TỪ 15:00 NGÀY 26/08/2026
Quầy check-in nhận thẻ đeo mở cửa từ 15:00 ngày 26/08/2026.
Quý Đại biểu có thể chủ động check-in và nhận thẻ trước ngày Hội nghị chính thức, giúp tiết kiệm thời gian và thuận tiện hơn khi tham dự chương trình từ ngày 27/08.
📍 Địa điểm check-in:
Hội trường Khách sạn Tao Đàn – Lầu 3
35 Nguyễn Trung Trực, P. Bến Thành, TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
Sau khi nhận thẻ, Quý Đại biểu sử dụng thẻ để di chuyển vào Dinh Độc Lập theo hướng dẫn của Ban Tổ chức.
4️⃣ | THẺ ĐEO - ĐỒNG HÀNH CÙNG QUÝ ĐẠI BIỂU
VIDEC 2026 diễn ra tại Dinh Độc Lập – Di tích lịch sử quốc gia, nơi vẫn mở cửa đón khách tham quan trong thời gian Hội nghị.
Vì vậy, Quý Đại biểu vui lòng luôn mang theo và đeo thẻ Hội nghị trong suốt thời gian tham dự.
Thẻ đeo giúp thuận tiện trong việc nhận diện, kiểm soát ra/vào các khu vực Hội nghị và đảm bảo đầy đủ quyền lợi của Đại biểu trong khuôn khổ VIDEC 2026.
5️⃣ | CHỦ ĐỘNG CHUẨN BỊ CHO HÀNH TRÌNH THAM DỰ
Do chương trình diễn ra tại khu di tích và có hoạt động di chuyển giữa các khu vực, Quý Đại biểu nên chủ động chuẩn bị:
• Ô/dù cá nhân trong trường hợp thời tiết thay đổi.
• Quạt cầm tay và các vật dụng cần thiết để đảm bảo sự thoải mái.
• Chủ động bảo quản tư trang, giấy tờ và tài sản có giá trị trong suốt thời gian tham dự.
Một hành trình hội nghị trọn vẹn bắt đầu từ sự chuẩn bị chu đáo.

🔥 [VIDEC 2026] CHECK-IN GUIDE & IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE THE CONGRESS
Dear Delegates,
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience at VIDEC 2026, held at the Independence Palace, the Organizing Committee would like to provide you with essential information regarding your electronic invitation, transportation, check-in procedures, and Congress badge collection.
Please save this post for easy reference before your arrival at the Congress.
1️⃣ | PREPARE YOUR ELECTRONIC INVITATION / QR CODE
After completing your payment, please check the confirmation email sent by the Organizing Committee.
Search for “VIDEC 2026” in Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo Mail → open the email containing your electronic invitation/QR code → save it to your mobile device or print a hard copy.
Please note: Independence Palace is a ticketed historical site. Delegates are required to present a valid electronic invitation/QR code at the main entrance for verification.
2️⃣ | GETTING TO INDEPENDENCE PALACE
📍 Main Entrance: 135 Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa, Bến Thành Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Motorbikes: Park your motorbike at the secondary entrance, approximately 10 meters from the main entrance (parking fee applies). Then proceed to the main entrance to have your electronic invitation/QR code verified.
Ride-hailing services: Pick-up/drop-off is available at the main entrance. Please present your electronic invitation/QR code for verification upon arrival.
Private cars: Enter through the main entrance and park as directed by the security staff (parking fee applies). Then proceed to the Inner Palace (Nội Dinh) area for check-in.
From the Main Entrance to the Inner Palace
After verification, delegates should proceed to the Inner Palace to scan their QR code and collect their Congress badge.
🚐 Electric shuttle vehicles, arranged by the Organizing Committee, will operate throughout the Congress to assist delegates with transportation between the main entrance and the Inner Palace.
3️⃣ | CHECK-IN AVAILABLE FROM 15:00 ON 26 AUGUST 2026
The Congress badge check-in counter will open from 15:00 on 26 August 2026.
Delegates are encouraged to check in and collect their badges in advance, helping to save time and ensuring a more convenient experience when attending the official Congress program from 27 August.

After collecting your badge, please follow the Organizing Committee’s instructions for access to Independence Palace.
4️⃣ | YOUR CONGRESS BADGE — YOUR ACCESS PASS THROUGHOUT VIDEC 2026
VIDEC 2026 will take place at Independence Palace, a National Historical Site, which remains open to the public during the Congress.
Therefore, delegates are kindly requested to wear and carry their Congress badge at all times throughout their attendance.
The badge facilitates delegate identification, access control to designated Congress areas, and ensures that delegates receive the full benefits and entitlements of the VIDEC 2026 program.
5️⃣ | PREPARE FOR A COMFORTABLE CONGRESS EXPERIENCE
As the Congress takes place within a historical site and involves movement between different areas, delegates are kindly advised to prepare the following:
• A personal umbrella in case of changing weather conditions.
• A portable fan and other personal essentials to ensure comfort throughout the day.
• Please take care of your personal belongings, important documents, and valuables throughout your attendance.
A seamless Congress experience begins with thoughtful preparation.
