Dear Patients,
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our community, we feel it is important to reach out to you to share more about the steps we are taking at our offices to help our patients, our team members, and our community stay safe and healthy. The health and safety of our patients and team members has always been our top priority. Our offices are open and we are running on our normal schedule. We have implemented the following precautions to prevent the spread of the virus:
Our offices are cleaned and sanitized many times throughout the day as part of our normal course of business. We have increased the frequency and extent of those cleanings in the common areas.
Feel free to call the office when you arrive, if you are more comfortable waiting in your car. We will call you when your Hygienist or Dentist is ready for you and you can go directly to your sterilized room.
We have temporarily stopped using the handwax stations and providing cookies.
Team Members showing any signs of illness are instructed not to report to work and will be excused.
We will be taking patients temperature for precautionary measures and having them rinse with hydrogen peroxide prior to treatment.
We have included a link to a great video by one of our fellow Complete Health Dental offices. Your health and dental care are our top priority during this difficult time.

If you are experiencing the symptoms of a cold or the flu, if you think you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or if you have traveled out of the country in the last two weeks to an impacted area, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.
We are happy to assist you with rescheduling your appointment to a later date by calling the office.
Thank you,
The Sierra and Summit Smiles Teams
