Patient didn’t like the way her existing bridge look when she smiles, the old restoration had metal under the porcelain and once the gum receded, the metal in the restoration started to show.

Also the color of the old restoration doesn’t match the patient’s teeth, and doesn’t match the other restorations as well.

We removed the old restoration and refine the teeth shape to make sure the restoration will extend all the way to the gum line.

We also picked a different shade, it was a little hard to match the teeth and the old restorations at the same time, because they we not the same shade, so we had to choose a shade that’s close to both.

Patient did not like her smile due to the gap between the bottom front teeth, and old bonding being stained and worn down.

Patient want whiter teeth, so we did in office whitening, but I don’t have pictures before whitening 😔to show.

Removed old bonding, and placed new bonded composite restorations, shaped those to look like teeth to close the gap.
