An update to our patients, friends, and followers:
We hope that this notice finds you and your families in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the past few months and we are all looking forward to getting back to our normal routines as soon as reasonably possible.
As the Governor and Virginia Dental Association recently announced, dental practices are approved to resume routine dental care as they see fit as of Friday, May 1. With that said, it is with great pleasure that we announce that as of Monday, May 4, our office will officially reopen for routine dental care!
While we are anxious to get back to work, please know that we are doing so in the most responsible way possible and following all of the recommended guidelines that are being handed down by the ADA. The safety of our patients, staff, and families has been and remains our number one priority.
You may notice a few changes when it is time for your next appointment. Please know that these changes have been put in place to help protect all of our patients and staff. Examples of these changes include (but are not limited to) a list of screening questions (asked more than once), having your temperature taken and being asked to use hand sanitizer upon your arrival, and efforts to reduce number of people in the waiting area. As the world has changed over the past few months, we have had to react accordingly to keep everyone in our office as safe as possible.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and all our patients safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call (757) 867-8765 for our Yorktown office or (757) 229-5570 for our Williamsburg office.
Thank you for your patience throughout our closure. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors, and friends.
Sincerely,
Drs. Boxx, Blaney, Lachine, Wendell & Team
