is a full spectrum Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice of the highest quality, with special emphasis on dental implants. Our group was founded by the late Dr. James J. In that same year, he was joined by Dr. Erwin H. Wolf II and Dr. John J. Ciabattoni. Dr. Andrew M. Rowan joined our group in 1989, and Dr. Fred J. Ciabattoni came aboard in 1991. Dr. Steven D. Fallon joined the practice in 2007.
Since 2013, we have welcomed 4 doctors to the group: Dr. David L. Winans (2013), Dr. Geoffrey S. Zinberg (2015), Dr. David M. Sibley (2021), and Dr. David A. Young (2022). We celebrate the 47th anniversary of our practice this year. Our practice began on Penn Avenue in Wyomissing. We moved to our present Berkshire Blvd. location in 1991. Our building was planned, designed and built specifically for oral surgery. With the best equipment and instruments available, we have over 10,000 square feet of space. Our facility has the latest technology available. All of our doctors are Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and are certified in Advanced Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Our entire surgical staff is certified in Basic Life Support. Our doctors keep current with continuing education and are on the cutting edge of the latest advances and techniques in surgery and anesthesia. We are a true “team”, with daily discussions of cases and of special needs of patients. At Berks Oral Surgery our doctors have a combined experience of over 115 years! For your convenience, we provide surgical care in four offices within Berks County, and our doctors are on call outside of office hours for emergency needs.
