My new favorite toothbrush for sensitive gums💋💋
I bought this myself to try and I haven't been this impressed by a TOOTHBRUSH in a long time ‼️

✅️Sexy looking design, especially the lighter blue

✅️Great settings for less or more pressure....fantastic gentle brush

✅️Very lightweight and quiet, sustainable materials

✅️I should be a rep for them, but Im not. Just my own unbiased opinion

Posted • Tomorrow's Case. I don't often show this preliminary step in the Smile Design process. It's called a Trial Smile.
Patients seem to love this step....it gives both them and me a vision for the new smile.

When this business executive came in he had no idea what I could do for him and his failed orthodontic treatment.
I knew immediately what I wanted to do....and the Trial Smile is how I work out the details of treatment AND show a patient where I am going.

This will all be done with porcelain veneers. I showed him how length will be added to the shorter teeth, to imagine the longer pointed teeth will be shortened, and the large spaces on the lowers will be closed.

He SMILES with the Trial Smile material in place and I measure the exact speaking length I want for the 2 front teeth and surrounding teeth.
Photos like these are sent to the laboratory which is able to make a Wax Up of exactly what shapes and style of teeth I prescribe.

Tomorrow is preparation day. He will leave with temporaries made exactly for him in a new lighter shade looking very close to the real veneers.

You can't be fast when you're doing cosmetic dentistry. It's about getting the details, right? And taking the time to know what you are looking at. The confidence of the doctor is of utmost importance.

The first time we've ever prepared porcelain veneers to Hip Hop 🎶🎵music.
We ask our patients their favorite music type and have it ready for them!

Very old bonding covering tetracycline stained teeth was removed. My idea was to shorten the very long teeth which I felt detracted from the smile, widen it a bit which really enhances most smile makeovers, and pick my light " for blonds only" shade which will really make the final veneer smile👄 spectacular‼️

This case was in the planning stages for a while, and I'm just ecstatic with the results so far

Mixed veneer and porcelain crown case. You should never be able to tell the difference between the two in a highly cosmetic case.

This was a 2 year case..with orthodontics and Invisilign. Pulling those very high teeth at the gumline down into a pretty smile arch was a monumental task.

Once everything was straightened, the restorations in all porcelain and a brighter white shade were completed.

Questions about when to use Invisilign or can you go right to veneers??⭐️ DM for answers.

THE VENEER EXPERT....Demi Moore finally got her teeth right‼️ Even celebrities can have cosmetic dental mistakes and nightmares

The proportions on her old smile🫦 were all off....so easy to see when you compare the new with the old.

In the old smile, which I have been monitoring and critically examining for many years, the size of her teeth and the proportions to one another are totally overbuilt and too large. She can hardly close her mouth and lips around them!

I even got to see her and her teeth with Bruce, up close and personal, many moons ago at a camp recital where Rumor performed and dedicated a jazz🎶🎵 song to her father!! So touching ...the love she had for her father.

Back to Demi..

I'm very happy for her and her new smile💋....and look how widely and nicely she is smiling!
I think she knows that someone finally got it right!!

My eyes are trained to notice everything. I especially love to look at celebrity smiles. 😍

C is for contouring
Look carefully at some of the worn and chipped edges in the upper photo and how they are repared in the lower.

Many times wear come from our lower teeth that are out of line or too long, hitting and wearing the upper front teeth.

In this case I first 1. shortened and reshaped some of the lower front teeth that were causing the wear.

Now there was adequate space
to 2. bond composite in a matching shade to really reshape the upper teeth in a way that enhanced the whole smile.

Additionally, building back worn edges corrected a bite problem that had been causing headaches for years.
