Here’s a dental tip worth saving!

Did you enjoy something acidic to eat or drink? Give your toothbrush a little time. Acids can temporarily soften enamel, so rather than brushing right away, rinse with water and wait a bit before brushing.

A lot of people don't realize that sometimes, protecting your smile is as much about when you brush as how you brush.
