Family Health is piloting an AI Call Assistant, Maria, to help route your calls more quickly and efficiently.

May 4–June 4 | 8:00am–5:00pm

When you call, Maria will ask a few questions and direct you to the right team—helping reduce wait times and missed calls.

This new system supports our staff, empowering them to focus on more complex patient needs.

Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese

Together, we celebrated the power of community and raised critical support for our mission: caring for more than 30,000 patients each year, speaking over 90 languages across 14 sites in Worcester and beyond.
