🌷It is with mixed emotions that we write to inform you, our patients, that after more than 30 years with our practice, our hygienist Barbara will be retiring from her position in early August. Barbara has been a dedicated team member for many, many years, and has served our patients, our team, and Dr. Ward with kindness, empathy, and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for the time she has given to us and to you all. We wish Barbara and her family all the best in her next chapter in life, and know that her presence will be missed by many, including our team, Dr. Bruno, Dr. Samantha, and Dr. Ward.
We know transitions like these can be incredibly difficult and disruptive, especially for those who are accustomed to the care Barb has provided. We can assure everyone that we are working to fill the hygiene position with a new team member - one who will hopefully make you feel as welcome and comfortable as Barb has. We have two other very dedicated and caring hygienists on our team - Jen who has been in the field for many years, and Kiersten, who will be on maternity leave this fall, but will return ready to care for you all. We ask for patience and understanding as we navigate scheduling your dental care.
Finally, thank you, Barb, for the many years and memories you have given us, you will be missed.
