Endodontic nightmare! This was a 🧱 of a tooth. Two long visits. Found an isthmus but couldn’t get into an mb2 or***ce. These are the cases where gentlewave really shines. Getting into and cleaning Anatomy that you didn’t physically clean and shaped.
