Yes, you should rinse your aligners nightly. But in addition you should use a soft-bristled brush (not the same one you use to brush your teeth) with gentle, clear liquid soap to brush them and remove food or debris that has built up during the day. Keep your aligners in a protective case when they are noy in use.
🫧 You can also purchase Invisalign Steraligner or Cleaning Crystals to sterilize your aligners. This is a system that you soak the aligners in, brush and then rinse off.
🫧 To keep your aligners optimally clean it is recommended to use both the brushing method in combination with the Steraligner or Cleaning Crystals.
