Please Respect Your Scheduled Appointment
Today, we had 4.5 hours of scheduled patient care go unused due to no-shows. Unfortunately, missed appointments affect our entire team and prevent other patients in our community from receiving care when they need it.

We invest significantly in our team, equipment, materials, and technology to provide the highest quality care possible. When an appointment is missed without notice, our staff and practice still incur the costs associated with that reserved time.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another patient.

For new patients, a missed appointment without notice or an extenuating circumstance may result in being unable to reschedule for future care.
