Sunshine, community, and all things baby! ☀️

We had the most incredible time at the Taste of Midwifery Birth & Baby Expo 👶 at Lake Lily this weekend. There is something so special about gathering outdoors 💕 to support families through every stage of the parenting journey.

We loved ❤️ getting to chat about children’s dental health and the effect tethered oral tissues 👅 can have on a mother’s feeding journey with her baby 🤱. We also enjoyed connecting with so many amazing local healthcare providers & wellness experts. It truly takes a village, and this event proved just how strong ours is! 🕊️

A highlight was handing over our Baby 🍼 Giveaway Basket to one very lucky mama!🧺

There is nothing quite like the “after” of a successful lip 👄 and tongue-tie 👅release! 🤍

We recently saw a sweet little patient 👶 back for a follow-up, and Mom shared some incredible updates:

✨ A deeper, more comfortable latch

✨ Significant decrease in mouth breathing

✨ Fewer hiccups and less post-feed fussiness

Tethered oral tissues (tongue and lip ties) can make the simple act of feeding 🤱🍼a struggle for both baby and parent.

We are truly honored ❤️ to play a part in our patients’ feeding and nursing journeys. Helping families 🫶 find comfort and ease during such a foundational time is the best part of what we do! 🙌
