We recently celebrated the one-year work anniversaries of Juana and Carmen! We are so grateful to have both of these incredible women as part of our Finch Oral & Facial Surgery family.

Juana is one of our amazing assistants and she is one of the hardest workers you’ll meet. She is dependable, hardworking, always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed, and brings a great attitude to the office every day.

Carmen is our Lead Assistant and she works incredibly hard, keeps the team organized, and -most importantly-keeps everyone in line! 😉 She takes pride in her work and plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly.

Juana and Carmen are both bilingual, allowing them to connect with and help Spanish-speaking patients feel more comfortable and cared for during their visits. We are so lucky to have both Juana and Carmen on our team!

It was a little bittersweet as we celebrated our summer assistant Daniel before he headed back to college for his second year! 🎓 We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Okinawa and some time together as a team before sending him off.

Daniel has been such a wonderful part of our office and we’re so thankful for all of his hard work, creativity, and great energy. We’ll definitely miss having him around! We can’t wait to see what’s ahead for Daniel!

Our staff and their families had a wonderful time last Thursday during our private theater showing of Toy Story 5 at the Alamo Drafthouse Wi******er🍿

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to spend time together outside of the office and make memories with the people who make our practice feel like family.

We had so much fun that we completely forgot to take photos—other than this one when we first arrived! We’d call that a sign of a great evening. ❤️
