The Golden Rule for Aligner Wearers: Don't Trap the Sugar
Popping clear aligners back in right after eating; without rinsing or brushing creates an airtight trap for sugars and bacteria against your enamel for hours. If you can’t fully brush while out, carry a portable travel rinse or give your mouth a vigorous water flush, brush your aligners gently with plain liquid soap (avoid abrasive toothpaste that scratches clear plastic), and pop them back in cleanly.
