A company is only as strong as its culture, and Thursday was a fantastic reminder of why I love ours. We took a break from the routine to host a team-building afternoon at Dave & Buster's, and the energy was unmatched! 🌟

Thank you to our incredible Doctors for making this happen, and to this amazing team for bringing so much joy to everything we do! 🦷🎉

Happy 20th Anniversary! 🥳

Today we're celebrating Leslie, our incredible COO. Who has been part of our Port City Ortho family for an amazing 20 years — wow!🥰

She truly does it all - from managing the day-to-day operations of the office with grace and efficiency, to mentoring and supervising our amazing team, to even seeing patients herself with her signature warmth and care. Her knowledge, dedication, and heart of gold make every day run smoother and brighter for our team and patients alike.✨

Her leadership, positivity, and hard work have been such a gift to us. We're beyond grateful for everything she does, for the laughter she brings, and for the countless smiles she helps create.
Here's to 20 incredible years of making a difference, and to many more filled with smiles, laughter, and success! 💫
