No treatment necessary. If baby teeth aren't removed at the right time, adult teeth may erupt in odd positions. But here's a case where the tongue pushed the teeth into proper alignment, eliminating the need for orthodontics. Just wait and watch.

Sometimes kids are scared to wiggle their baby teeth and other times children have so much dental crowding the adult teeth come in wherever they can. Sometimes referred to as shark teeth…in these situations we recommend removing the baby teeth as soon possible. This allows for proper cleaning and brushing of adult teeth and amazingly it also allows the adult teeth to shift into their correct position. dentist
