We love creating opportunities for our team to grow, and today was such a special moment—Bailey learning how to perform whitening… with her dad as her patient! 💚

Even more exciting, Bailey was just accepted into hygiene school and we couldn’t be more proud of her! We can’t wait to watch her continue to grow and welcome her back in the future as a hygienist.

Training and continued education are things we truly empower and encourage across our teams. Experiences like this build confidence, skill, and a true passion for patient care.
