For many people, abfractions develop gradually over time from clenching, grinding, or everyday bite pressure. They can also be caused by brushing too aggressively or using an overly abrasive toothbrush or toothpaste. Over time, this can lead to sensitivity, rough edges, and areas that simply don’t look or feel quite right anymore.

This patient chose conservative dental bonding to repair and protect those weakened areas, restoring a smoother, healthier looking smile, while helping reduce sensitivity. Treatment was completed comfortably in just one morning at our office with no extensive dental work required.
