Four unit bridge - patient has been missing these teeth for years and after having the new bridge for a week, already is used to them. It’s as if they were never gone.

Quick fix - I don’t like to start with repairs on a first visit but made an exception as patient is going to be on a trip soon. It’s nice to see a patient’s mood lift after fixing a tooth that has been bothering them.

Micro dentistry - small changes can make big differences. Patient had a slight incisal chip and also didn’t like how one tooth looked longer than the other.

Blurry pre-op . #8 recurrent decay and composite bonding update. I like the contour a lot more. I wish I used a body shade to get a better incisal but happy with final result and patient was as well.
Omnichroma and vitalescence composite used.
