Introducing Paul Arnold!!💙

Paul began his career in orthotics and prosthetics in 2002 as a technician, later completing the Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician Program at Francis Tuttle Technology Center and the Orthotics Program at Northwestern University in 2005.

After returning to Wichita, Paul worked as an orthotist and later moved to Overland Park in 2012 to pursue opportunities in and out of the operating room. His years of experience have strengthened his belief in bracing as an effective conservative treatment option that can improve function and quality of life.

Paul recently moved back to Goddard with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and working outdoors.

AI can do a lot of things, but it can’t take a mold or adjust a socket in real time. Some jobs still need real hands and real experience. At least AI won’t be replacing us anytime soon😅

Introducing Mandalyn Pitt!!💙

Mandalyn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University in 2026 and joined Ark Valley in April 2026 as an O&P Assistant. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. One of the most rewarding parts of her job is helping people become more independent so they can get back to the things they enjoy.

Delivery day is not just handing over a prosthetic and sending someone on their way. Our team is still making adjustments in the moment, checking the fit, testing how it feels, and fine tuning small details until it is right for that specific patient. Once everything is dialed in and feels natural for them, they get to take their device home and start using it in everyday life!!🦿
