It’s normal to experience soreness or discomfort for a few days up to two weeks following endodontic treatment. This may be due to the previous condition of your tooth or as a result of working in your tooth.

Here’s what you need to do following the treatment:

• Warm salt water rinses for irritated gum tissue

• Alternate over the counter pain medication, every 4-6 hours to help manage the discomfort (if needed) 💊

• Avoid chewing with the tooth for 4-7 days 🦷
