HealthCore Clinic offers Integrated Primary Health Care, Mental Health, Substance Abuse Counseling, Prevention Services, and Community Outreach. We accept KanCare/Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. We offer sliding scale fees and prescription assistance for those not covered by insurance.

Your first health screening at HealthCore includes a blood test to measure liver and kidney function, check for anemia and other health concerns, and screen for certain liver conditions. Testing also includes a urine test to check for blood and other indicators of health. Finally, an abdominal liver ultrasound (in clinic only) is performed to look for abnormalities and other indicators of health.💧

HealthCore Mobile Clinic offers primary healthcare, acute care visits, and health screenings on the second Thursday of this month at the Evergreen Community Center & Library. Walk-ins are welcome. To make an appointment, call us at 316-691-0249. HealthCore Clinic accepts most major insurances and has a sliding fee scale for the uninsured/underinsured.
